PawCase is designed as a local-only pet symptom and care log. We do not use accounts, ads, analytics, tracking, sync, AI services, or third-party network SDKs in the app.

Information Stored In The App
PawCase lets you enter pet profiles, symptom notes, care notes, medication notes, photos, and generated PDF reports. This information is stored locally on your device using Apple platform storage and app-owned files.
Information We Collect From The App
We do not collect personal information, pet information, symptom logs, photos, reports, analytics, diagnostics, identifiers, location data, or usage data from the PawCase app.
Support Requests
If you email us for support, we receive the email address, message, and any details you choose to include. We use that information only to respond to your request and improve support. Please do not send sensitive pet, medical, financial, or personal information unless you are comfortable including it in an email.
Website Hosting
This website is hosted by Vercel. Vercel may process standard technical information needed to serve the site, such as IP address, browser data, request time, and requested URL. We do not add analytics, advertising pixels, or tracking scripts to this website.
Sharing And Selling Data
We do not sell PawCase data. We do not share app data with advertisers, analytics providers, data brokers, or AI services.
Data Deletion
Because PawCase stores app data locally, deleting logs inside the app or deleting the app from your device removes the local app data under normal iOS behavior. Data may remain in device backups controlled by you or Apple, depending on your device settings.
Children
PawCase is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes
We may update this policy when PawCase changes. If our data practices change, we will update this page and any required App Store privacy information.
