Privacy Reminder

PawCase stores app data locally. Support email is separate from the app, so only include pet or personal details you are comfortable sending by email.

App Store

Purchases, refunds, downloads, and Family Sharing are handled by Apple through the App Store and your Apple Account settings.

Response Time

We are a small studio. We try to respond to support emails as soon as practical, usually within a few business days.
