These terms govern your use of PawCase, a pet symptom and care log from Dawked Up Productions LLC.
Important Veterinary Notice
PawCase is for personal recordkeeping. It does not diagnose, treat, prevent, or cure any condition. It does not replace veterinary advice, emergency care, or professional judgment. For urgent symptoms or concerns, contact a veterinarian or emergency veterinary clinic.
Use Of PawCase
PawCase helps you organize observations, notes, photos, medication notes, and reports related to your pet. You are responsible for the information you enter and for how you use it.
No Medical Or Veterinary Advice
PawCase may help prepare information for a vet visit, but the app and website do not provide veterinary, medical, or health advice. Decisions about your pet's care should be made with a qualified veterinary professional.
Purchases
PawCase is intended as a one-time purchase app. Purchases, payments, refunds, and family sharing availability are handled by Apple through the App Store and your Apple Account settings.
Your Data And Backups
PawCase stores app data locally on your device. You are responsible for maintaining device access, backups, and exported reports. Deleting the app or device data may remove PawCase records from that device.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse PawCase or the website. This includes:
- attempting to disrupt, reverse engineer, or compromise the service;
- using PawCase for unlawful purposes;
- misrepresenting PawCase as professional veterinary advice;
- submitting harmful, abusive, or unlawful content in support requests.
Intellectual Property
PawCase, the PawCase name, website, design, and app materials are owned by Dawked Up Productions LLC or its licensors. You may not copy, resell, or redistribute the app or website materials except as allowed by law or App Store terms.
Disclaimer
PawCase is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not promise that it will be error-free, uninterrupted, or suitable for every pet care situation.
Limitation Of Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Dawked Up Productions LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, or goodwill arising from use of PawCase.
Changes
We may update these terms as PawCase changes. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
